  • Job Summary

Do you think you can sell Ice to the Eskimo’s? DrivenMedia is looking for you to sell their existing media platform direct to advertisers across the UK. Your primary aim is to book a meeting with a qualified decision maker for Ed (DrivenMedia’s Founder) to discuss truck advertising as an alternative to or alongside their existing media platforms.

Your job will be to promote DrivenMedia and the medium (truck advertising) though cold calling and following up through email. Creating interest by the decision maker in booking a campaign.

Duties include (but not limited to): – B2B sales calls contacting large businesses nationwide: The successful applicants will be hard working, with a tenacious attitude towards sales and able to work independently. You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, however, some will be provided and as such, you would be expected to make in excess of 50 calls per day to ensure productivity.

Hours are flexible as results are based on your performance and we will work around what you think works best. Calls and conversations are required to be recorded in the companies CRM.

A telephone system and email are provided to the successful candidate. This role is for creative, hungry salesmen and saleswomen with limitless potential for income from commission.

The Commission is paid in two levels. £50 paid once the meeting is attended and 5 of the sale value once paid. Sales made purely over the phone/email by you have increased commision.

Commission per campaign is expected to be £2000-£5000 per sale.

The ideal candidate will have previous telesales experience in advertising sales, but other sales experience considered.

Training to provide an understanding of the service DrivenMedia supplies will be provided.

A successful candidate is expected to have internet connectivity and a mobile phone for business purposes

  • Responsibilities and Duties

Studies and understands all formats of truck advertising. Explains the benefits and the potential audience of said space.

Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.

Qualify prospects before arranging a meeting.

Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients by phone, in an effort to secure a sale and/or meeting.

Manage workload, targets and sales pipeline. Add notes to records for each client call or meeting using the companies CRM – Insightly CRM.

Advise clients on the most suitable format, contract length and number of vehicles within a potential campaign.

Details pricing and negotiate pricing when necessary.

Facilitates successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company and or suppliers.

Source new leads.

Manage existing accounts alongside developing new ones.

Maintains excellent relationships with all clients in their portfolio

  • Qualifications and Skills

Previous Sales or Media sales experience (2 years) Essential

Strong telesales experience (And enjoy it!) (1 year) Essential

Previous outdoor media sales experience                   Desirable

Locally based (East Midlands) but can be flexible     Desirable
