New product launch
Can you launch a new product using truck advertising?
This is a question we’ve been asked and we can highlight three recent advertiser’s who’ve done just that.

First let’s look at Monkisidore Vodka.
They manufactured a new vodka using an ancient Russian recipe here in the UK which was crafted by a master distiller (Dr John Walters).
When it came to launching their premium product they Googled what advertising options were available. And came across DrivenMedia and felt it would be a great way to boost their brand across the UK and quickly.
With a visually stunning rear advert their truck hit the road for a brand awareness campaign for a short run (3 months) to get traction.

Next up is nzo…
They created a product and managed to get it stocked by Sainsburys and so needed to make sure customers for this vaping product firstly knew about the brand and secondly asked for it at the counter.
With a mission that was bold “Our mission is to help a billion adults stop smoking cigarettes” they put a fleet on trucks onto the road advertising their product to help them reach the people who needed to see their message.

Then there’s itip
After designing an innovative new product then going on to win an award for it they knew that it was important to tell the country about their handles which can be used in loads of places from the garden to a warehouse.
Their main driver was awareness of the product but a result was picking up a contract with a large wholesaler to stock itip handles for them.
Some of these advertisers have put one truck advert out for a short time, others have a fleet running for 12 months and then there’s the launch with one rear advert and build the fleet as the product sales increase.
So in short YES you can launch a new product with truck advertising.
